HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Your order will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you are on a credit account, you order will ship within 2 business days of placing the order.
HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped via regular post eParcel – a trackable service. Please note that we do not have the capacity for express shipping. Shipping time varies depending on where your order is going, but generally orders are received within 2-6 business days across Australia.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $25 for all orders under $500. Orders over $500 will ship free of charge. If you place an order under $500, your order will be processed through the website without shipping and we will send a separate invoice for the freight cost.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Yes, our minimum order amount is $250 wholesale (ex shipping).
DO YOU DROP SHIP?
Yes, we can drop ship orders over $50 wholesale (ex shipping).
When putting through a drop ship order, you just need to put the customer’s address in the “ship to” section so that the correct postage is calculated and an eParcel label is produced.
Drop ship orders must be pre-paid and will also attract a flat rate $25 shipping fee.
DO YOU OFFER AN ACCOUNT SERVICE?
After the timely payment of 5 pro-forma invoices, you may apply for a 30-day account for orders over $500, by emailing email@example.com to request a credit application. Orders under $500 must continue to be paid for prior to shipping.
